Who is Drew Madden?

Madden is an entrepreneur who specializes in the management of electronic medical records. With many years of experience in the healthcare IT business, Drew Madden excels in compiling teams of individuals who collaborate to make a better tomorrow. His impact on the healthcare industry has paved the way for a long and promising career.

How did he get started?

Madden attended the University of Iowa from 1998 to 2002, during which time he was also a student advisor. He graduated with a BSE in Industrial Engineering. From there, Drew Madden joined Cerner Corporation as an Integration Consultant. During the four years he was here, he implemented important healthcare applications at two major hospitals in the Chicago area.

In 2006, he went on to become a Senior Epic Consultant at Healthia Consulting. Here, he was responsible for implementing applications throughout the entire Midwest region. The application he specialized in was Epid Inpatient. At this time, he also became certified to use EpicRx and other programs. The company Ingenix eventually bought out Healthia.

What came next?

At Ingenix Consulting, Madden became a Regional Sales Director in 2009. There, he cultivated business development for medical software throughout the Midwest. Some of this software included Allscripts, Epic, and GE. And then in late 2010, he left Ingenix and joined Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. as Executive Vice President. In June of 2011, Madden became the President of the company. He managed to grow the company from small numbers to something much bigger. He was also responsible for users nationwide of the Epic application.

Where is he now?

Drew Madden joined Evergreen Healthcare Partners in July 2017 as a managing partner. Evergreen is a cutting-edge healthcare IT company, based on the premise that people can make all the difference. They provide implementation and advisory for numerous electronic healthcare applications.
