Todd Levine Joins the List of Kluger Kaplan Recognized by the Best Lawyers of America 2019

Kluger, Kaplan, Katzen, Silverman, and Levine, P.L is a law firm with offices in Miami, Minneapolis, and Boca Raton. The private law firm focuses on litigation and has been recognized several times in the past for its professionalism, dedication to clients, and legal expertise.

Kluger Kaplan was recently recognized by the Best Lawyers in America 2019 edition after a long and tiresome peer review evaluation. Some of its attorneys who were recognized include name partners Alan Kluger, Abbey Kaplan, Bruce Katzen, Steve Silverman, and Todd Levine. The other equity partners who were recognized are Philippe Lieberman and Jason Marks. Other attorneys from Kluger Kaplan who were also recognized in the 2019 edition were Deborah Chames and Daniel Rosen.

Alan Kluger was recognized for a job well done in real estate litigation, commercial litigation, banking and finance litigation, and family law. Abbey Kaplan was recognized for real estate litigation, mergers and acquisition, commercial litigation, and entertainment law. On his part, Bruce Katzen was recognized for his work in commercial litigation and securities and capital markets law. Philippe Lieberman and Steve Silverman were awarded for their achievements in commercial litigation while Jason Marks was awarded for his work in family law. In eminent domain and condemnation law, Daniel Rosen was awarded, while the only woman on the list, Deborah Chames was noted for her work in family law.

One of the founding partners at Kluger Kaplan, Todd Levine, was recognized for his work in Real Estate Litigation. However, Todd Levine is known not only for handling real estate litigation, but also for his skills in settling complex business disputes. Early in his career, Todd Levine had to handle a complex case which called for a unique winning strategy. It is during this time that he learned he had a propensity for breaking down complex issues into simple ones, making them easier to understand. This ability gives Todd Levine an edge over other lawyers and has seen him win numerous cases in and out of court.

Todd Levine is not only a skilled attorney but an accomplished musician as well. He plays both the guitar and piano. Additionally, his interest in the arts and sciences has also seen him handle cases in sports and entertainment. Jermey Goldstein helds Wine Dinners For Fountain House

Last year Jeremy Goldstein in conjunction with Omar Khan and Jim Finkel conducted a wine dinner in Dallas with the aim of fundraising for the Fountain House. Fountain Houses is a philanthropic foundation which mainly focuses on helping men and women who are suffering from mental disorders. They help them to recover and seek for them employment as well as nurturing their talents. The organization has been partaking that commendable role for over seventy years. It was established in 1944 by six people who had visited the Rockland Stay Hospital in Orangeburg, Dallas with their mental patients. Upon their meeting, they ended up forming an association and named it ‘We Are Not Alone.’


Fountain House is helping the patients in many ways such as offering them learning opportunities and make them not to feel isolated as well as assisting in nurturing their talents via mutual support from the community. Other roles that are undertaken by Fountain House include developing innovative projects which are on the basis of sharing knowledge and research regarding the recovery of the patient’s mental conditions. It also operates community health projects with the aim of New York. Moreover, the organization also collaborates with the global community and local community members to teach help and inspire the Fountain House model into an international organization.


Jeremy Goldstein is a member of the board of directors of the organization and him advocates for the people living with mental illnesses improve their perceptions and practices. The dinner event was held last year at different times, and the whole process successfully brought in more than $ 56 000. The first phase of the event was held on 22nd May, and NoMad Hotel posh rooftop and the Chateau Latour Wine was featured in the event. Great business person and best performing firms attended the function, and they raised $ 33, 000. The second phase of the event was just a follow up of the first event, and it was conducted on 31st May.The money raised this time was $ 23,000.


Jeremy Goldstein is a renowned business personnel in the United States soft America. He is also an investor and a professional lawyer who owns his law firm known as Jeremy L. Goldstein & Associates LLC. He has a doctorate in Law from the University of New York. Goldstein attained his masters from Chicago University and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Cornell.
